Very early in the process however its been seamless so far. The response times from Sarah Jane are great, I'm sure Sarah Jane has a lot to assess yet the response times and feedback have been super, even when your IT system crashed I still had a response late one evening answering a question I had. I love the simplistic approach how it shows what step to take and in what order, it takes the thinking out of that part of it.
