I found this course so easy to follow. The assignments were constructed in a way to ensure the learning outcomes were easy to achieve. The structure of the assignments helped to set small achievable goals and before you knew it the module was completed. I received excellent support from my tutors. You would need good self discipline to apply yourself to the learning but with real goals in mind that didn’t pose a problem. Lessons were available using a good variety of multimedia which I would imagine appeals to different learning styles. Course work was delivered using simple language. My confidence has increased!

The time frame for completing this course was very achievable. Materials were excellent. The level was suitable for myself. Clare Fanning was a very helpful mentor. Very approachable and provided timely feedback.

Having completed the last 2 financial modules I am blown away by the support from my tutor Claire, I have struggled with different aspects and she has helped me showing me genuine kindness but remaining professional. At times I didn’t think I would be able to continue but with her guidance I have been able to.

I think it was terrific – I had zero study experience coming into this however the step by step guides really assisted me and I needed very little clarification around the assignments. The support I did require was primarily around the E.B.R which Sarah Jane got me through. Very good course with good communication from staff

I felt it was a good course and over eight modules had lots of learning points. By having feedback, this was good for more in depth analysis and most of it has been applied to my day to day role. I also use the personal development plan within my team now as part of our 1-2-1 and development reviews.

Tutors are so helpful, the structure and content is very good, the material is very relevant to my position and the direction in which i want to progress. really enjoying the learning and the positive feedback from the tutors is really helpful to keep you motivated doing a distance course.
