The course is great, allows student to work off own pace. Especially in these hard times with COVID, when work is mad busy after reopening. There is no pressure from the tutors in regards to assignments.

Feedback from the tutor is very important for online and remote learning as I am not used to learning in this environment. I found it reassuring to know I was interpreting the tasks correctly. Template are helpful for formatting assessments.

I thoroughly enjoyed completing this course. The content was very relevant to my role. I learned a lot of new skills which I will be able to apply in my role. In particular I enjoyed reading about all the leadership styles, evaluating each person in my organisation as to which style I feel they apply in their roles. It has helped in determining the style I apply and where I need to change which will be of great benefit to me. It is really helpful to have a tutor available to answer any questions you have, Claire Fannin was a great support to me during my course.

CMITs set up is excellent with everything you need. I really enjoyed this course and felt it was more challenging than I expected.

I looked at CMIT primarily as I needed a self directed course. Due to the distance between my home and office and having a young family, attending a night course was not realistic. CMITs set up is excellent with everything you need. I really enjoyed this course and felt it was more challenging than I expected.

The course was really challenging, more so than I expected. I have completed other courses that I would have thought were at a similar level but this course was far more wide ranging and the assessments took much more thought and fine tuning.
