The course was broken down very well and the structure was very strong. It made it easier to understand core pillars of FM.
The course was very interesting and varied. It covered a lot of key areas. I will recommend this course and the CMIT to others.
Thoroughly enjoyed working through the course, although it looked a little daunting at first but once I got started on it I found it really interesting and relevant to my role within Facilities Management.
The course was very well organised and easy to follow. The Tutor was supportive and helpful. The content was very useful and interesting. I believe I did learn a lot.

To begin I thought the course content might be repetitive but as time went on I could see how beneficial this was to learning and then consolidating my learning.
The course was really interesting and fun to complete.
The course has helped me solidify my knowledge – it is sometimes difficult to learn in a busy workplace, so I have appreciated the head-space provided by a course in my own time. I certainly think differently about my role, and feel more confident about how I should develop it.
Great Course for learning further about Facilities Management
Course was well laid. Tutor feedback was constructive and positive.
The course has broaden my knowledge and understanding of the Facilities and Management role.
I really enjoyed the course. The CMIT site was very user friendly, everything I needed was easy to access. fantastic feedback from my tutor Jackie.
I couldn’t thank Jackie enough for her patience as I struggled with the first assessment. She then knew I was on a tight schedule and helped with promptly given feedback.
The course covered all the aspects within the Facilities Manager role and was very informative
I found the course interesting and helpful, although it has been a long time since I done any course work like what I have completed, I did enjoy doing it.

I feel that I am progressing well and the assessments are making me look differently at the Organisation that I work for. The feedback from Jackie Breen is useful and she is easy to contact.
All my experiences are very positive, keep up the good work and Thank you!
I found the course rewarding in many ways and enriched my knowledge of FM. The course is well constructed and covers all the key areas related to Facilities Management which I have gained valuable knowledge from. As a result I have been able to, for example, revisit and update all our Risk Assessments (H&S and Fire), our safety statement, our H&S inspections and controls, and I devised our first ever formal facilities management plan as a result of participating on the course.
I really enjoyed completing the Certificate in Leadership and Management (Facilities Management) course with CMIT. It challenged how I carry out my job and allowed me to think differently about new and existing tasks. I learnt a lot too from the course manual about how other organisations approach this key supporting organisational role.
Great course.
Course was very helpful and I have learned a lot from it.
It was a good course covering some of the most important skills and knowledge. I thought it was really helpful to use my own experiences and work based examples as i can make service improvements now as a result of the work and study i have undertaken
I am delighted that i have completed this course, i have learnt so much that will benefit me and my place of work in my current employment.
Enjoyable course!
Enjoyed this course, gained more knowledge which I can carry into my role and hopefully progress.
The course was easy to understand and I’m truly glad that I did it now in the end. I only wish I had of done it sooner as I found most of the material very helpful in my normal work schedule. While I may have had some experience in the likes of “Risk Assessments”, “Health & Safety” and “Facilities Management”, I felt the course may have structured the way I think about things in my working environment and put me back in check with reality and eliminate any bad habits I may have been doing. Overall expectations was to add a certificate to what I know, but what this course gave me more than that, in that it somewhat guided me back on track with what I know and what’s important in a facilities working environment. There is still many things to learn and improve on and I feel some of the other courses such and LEAN 6 Sigma, health and safety, the advance FM leadership course and the various belts (Green, yellow etc.), will all help moving forward in my career path. I suppose I’m very lucky in that I have the time to pick and choose what course I do next and I like that I have the choice in deciding that as oppose.
I found the course very helpful for my current job. It gave me a better understanding and insight of why things are done a certain way.
I am finding the course very helpful. It is giving me a better insight into how health and facilities work. It is also giving me a better idea of what is expected from a company and what our own company have done so far.
The course provided for an expanded view of the Facilities Management Role and the key topics to review for someone who is starting a career in Facilities Management. The ability to take the course at your own pace and the support and mentoring from your tutor was excellent. I would highly recommend it.
Great course for anyone with basic understanding of QHSE and wants to perhaps expand that knowledge and/or looking to work within a facilities setup.
Very interesting, great layout, helpful tutor and I learned a lot.
I enjoy the dashboard and the layout of the site in general. I have completed home study courses before but I prefer CMIT’s course design and the ability to take quizzes to reinforce learning. I also like the assessment process and the tutor, Jackie gave me great feedback on my first assessment which was very helpful.
